Patagonia has a pretty cold weather, of strong winds and weather condition that can vary very quickly, for that reason we can suggest you that please you bring with you the following elements:
-Warm and comfortable cloth to make excursions at free air.
-Sunglasses and sun-block.
-Gloves cap and scarf.
-If you are going to stay in tent bring light and easy way of transportation accessories.
-Especial trekking shoes, preferably shoes that have been used before.
-Trekking stick (optional).
-A thermal raincoat.
-In our souvenirs ‘shop you could find water tents and other elements to protect yourself from the cold.
-In the Duty Free Zone, you could acquire a wide range of camping devices at very convenient prices.
-It is possible to rent some tools, tents, sleeping bags and other useful elements, in order that you do not travel with too much weight if you are going to visit other places of Chile or América.
-If you are vegetarian or you need a special kind of food, please let us know it, because the feeding is very important when you are on excursion, mainly in the mountain. And the most important thing... to feel like knowing beautiful landscapes and to make entertaining excursions.

General Conditions
-It is indispensable that each passenger has an insurance against accidents on a foreign country, due to our agency will not make responsible in case that you suffer some accident during an excursion.
-We have the right to modify the schedule in this circumstances: if for changing the schedule we can reach a better service or also if it is due to circumstances beyond our control, we are obliged, such as; in bad weather conditions; without altering the length of the program.
-If the passenger does not use some service, tour or transport by personal motif, he will not have the right to reimbursement or claim.
-At the moment of buying your travel, the seller will explain to you the fine for cancellations made without the due anticipation before your trip, the one in which the services are already programmed and reserved.
